It used to be that getting a home loan was very easy to do. There were options for almost everyone and any lifestyle, however in view of the recent housing crisis in the US lenders are taking a different approach. Luckily interest rates are still reasonable but banks are having to enforce additional requirements than before. The home loan process is still going to be much the same but there may be more hurdles to jump through in the near future.
