The End of Summer

Even though fall is officially here the weather wants to continue to provide hot days. However with the winter months quickly approaching, Boise homes for sale will soon be slowing down even more than they are now. Don’t worry the market won’t dry up completely and you can find great buys on homes during the colder months.

Find yourself a good Boise Idaho real estate agent to watch the market for you and be ready to buy by getting preapproved for a home loan. But before you do that pull a copy of your credit report to see if there are any items that may need attention before approaching a lender.

Need Help Pricing Your Home

Today’s real estate market leaves much to be desired, especially for sellers. Not to different than when you buy a new car and drive it off the lot.

In My Opinion Real Estate News latest articles addresses these issues on how to Price Your Home in a Buyers Market.

Home Amenities

Buying a new home is like entering the realm of the unknown. You never know what you will find or even if you will find a home that completely satisfies your needs. With this being the case you must start off by determining what your needs vs. wants are in a home. Your needs, of course, are the things that you must have. For example; 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, near the freeway, etc. Wants would be things that would be nice to have but you can do without. Needs vs. wants will vary from person to person or family to family and it is important to have this information documented before starting your search for a new home.
