Clean houses sell better than dirty one and for more money. No room should be left out. Clean and maintain the kitchen, bathrooms, garage, basement, bedrooms etc and make sure they stay clean. You never know when someone will call to come over to view the home.

If the inside of your home has not been painted for some time, it may be a good idea to paint. A fresh coat of paint, white or off-white, will make the house look bigger and whiter along with adding that new home smell.
